Estimates and pricing
Every job starts with a diagnosis, followed by a firm price you approve before work begins. If we discover additional problems during the work, we'll show you what we found and price it separately. You decide what gets done.
Scheduling
When you book, we give you an arrival window. If we're running early or late, we'll call. If you need to cancel or reschedule, call (615) 759-0451 as soon as you can so we can offer the slot to someone else.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is complete, unless we've agreed otherwise in advance. Ask about available payment options when you call to book.
Service area
We serve Brentwood and nearby Williamson County communities. If your address is outside our normal range, we'll tell you upfront rather than waste your time.
